Shōnen Action Hero

Using my uploaded photo, redraw the person as the hero of a modern shōnen action anime, keeping the same face shape, facial hair, hairstyle, skin tone and outfit colours so they are instantly recognisable. Show them in a battle stance with a clenched fist, with a fierce, determined expression, clothes and hair blowing in the wind, and crackling blue lightning swirling around them. Behind them: a ruined city skyline under a stormy red sky. Style: crisp bold ink linework, cel shading with hard-edged shadows, saturated colours, dramatic low-angle framing, speed lines and a subtle impact-frame glow, like a key visual from a high-budget anime studio. Vertical 2:3 composition. No text, no extra characters, no photo-realistic skin, no distorted hands.
