Anime Rooftop Sunset

Redraw the person in my photo as the main character of an anime film, standing on a school rooftop at sunset. Keep them recognisable: same face shape, hairstyle, hair colour and general build, translated into clean anime proportions. Dress them in a school uniform with a loosened tie or ribbon, jacket and skirt or trousers moving in the wind. Behind them, a chain-link fence, water tanks and a distant city skyline under a warm orange-to-lilac sky with soft clouds and the first stars. Wind lifts their hair and clothes; petals or leaves drift through the frame. Use soft cel shading, clean line art, a gentle rim light from the low sun and a slight lens glow. Make it a 9:16 phone wallpaper. No text, no speech bubbles, no watermarks.
