Shōjo Sparkle Portrait

Using my uploaded photo, turn the person into a dreamy shōjo manga-style anime portrait. Keep the same face shape, hairstyle, hair length, skin tone, outfit and pose, redrawn with large luminous eyes with detailed highlights, delicate lashes, soft rosy blush and a gentle smile. Surround them with twinkling four-point stars and glitter and a soft pastel gradient background in pink and lavender. Style: 1990s-2000s shōjo anime and magazine illustration, thin elegant linework, soft watercolour-like cel colouring, glowing bokeh circles and a faint white glow around the face. Vertical 4:5. No text, no extra people, no photo-realism, no distorted anatomy.
