Shinkai Sky Walk

Using my uploaded photo, repaint the scene as a still from a cinematic anime romance film in the Makoto Shinkai style: the same person, with the same face shape, hair, skin tone, outfit and walking pose, drawn as a gently stylised anime character walking toward the viewer. Replace the surroundings with a sunlit city street with glass towers and overhead cables, under towering cumulus clouds against a deep summer-blue sky, with hyper-detailed glowing sunbeams, lens flares, and sparkling light on glass and puddles. Rich saturated colour, razor-sharp background detail, soft rim light on their hair and a little anime bloom. Wide-angle low camera, vertical 9:16. No text, no extra people in focus, no photo-real faces, no muddy colours.
